When do I receive my conference material?Conference participants will receive a comprehensive set of conference materials prepared by the speakers. These materials are intended to provide the participants with an excellent reference source after the conference. Materials will be distributed at the registration of the conference. When should I pay for the conference?Payment must be received prior to the conference. How can I pay for the conference?Payment can be made online by credit card or invoiced to your company. Are the meals included?Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times. Can I purchase additional copies of the conference materials?You can purchase these after the conference. Please contact our Customer Care Department or email info@ichevents.com to place your order What if I miss the conference?If you paid for the conference, we can send you a copy of the conference binder on your request. Please contact our Customer Care Department email info@ichevents.com to request your copy. You will receive your binder within 4 weeks after the event. How many attendees will be at my conference?This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day. What about accommodation?The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. ICH Events has negotiated special rates on accommodation for delegates. Please refer to the conference brochure for details. To book accommodation please call our accommodation booking agency, BSI on 0870 830 4262 or email ICH@bsi.co.uk and state you are a ICH delegate. What should I wear?The dress code at the conference is business casual. On certain conferences where there is a Conference Dinner, then it is advisable to wear a business suit. Special needsIf you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering. Delegate substitutions and cancellationsCancellations must be received in writing on or 2 weeks before the start of the event and will be subject to an administration charge of 20% of the course fee. It is regretted that no refunds will be made or invoices cancelled within 2 weeks of the course date. Substitutions can be made at anytime. ICH Events reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee. No liability is assumed by ICH Events for changes in programme date, content, speakers or venue. |
